Prospect House, Campsite and Glamping Scarborough

Built in 1817 the Grade 2 Listed Farm House, buildings and its surroundings are rich with history.  From Quakers to Race Car Drivers the house has seen it all. The house sits proudly in an elevated position overlooking Scarborough, the headland, Scarborough Castle and North Bay.

We only purchased the farm recently and have a to do list that grows everyday, from restoration to development, across to habitat restoration and bio diversity. We want to do it all and create a place not just for us but for others to share and enjoy as well.

The farm is currently run as a working livestock and equestrian premises. Dairy cattle graze the fields along with pedigree longhorns. The main dairy and equestrian enterprise is located away from the farm at another site, keeping it as peaceful as possible. Cattle and horses wont be far away along with the rest of nature (deer, buzzards, foxes & badgers). We do hold equestrians events throughout the year.
